When comparing 'undefined' to our product ' the final straw, there is abit to say about the two.
firstly, because the perliminary task was rather straight forward, we were able to manage time, filming and editing quite quickly, this gave us more time to be able to pay attention to detail. However when it came to producing 'the final straw ' it was much harder, there was alot of pre-work to do before we got to the main filming which reduced the amount of time we had to film and edit.
The filming took awhile but not as long as the editing. The filming was long as we had to set up the diferent angle to get different shot types, after we had to transfer it to the mac computer to begin editing.
What we could have possibly done better if we had a chance next time would be time management, this would be our priority as it would help us to decide what to do next, when to do it and what time it should be done by, this would help organisation within our group and possibly leave us with time to add attention to detail like we had done for the perliminary task.
A good thing that came from doing the perliminary task was that we were able to undrstand the importance of tril and error, and having to wear the sme thing through certain scenes to add continuity . I have realised myself that when filming the time period, by which i mean at what time everything happens, should be kept in concideration so that it is unedrstood by the audience who wold be watching.
One other thing would be to run through the whole product and listen out and look out for any mistakes so you can correct them rater than leaving it to the audience to pick them out and critises them by them selves.
